Buying art

You can place an order on the website or you can contact us directly, either by using the Contact menu above, by telephone on 020 7407 6561 or by email to info@anitaklein.co.uk. You are also welcome to come to our galleries on Bermondsey Street in London, to view a selection of Anita's latest work and purchase in person. Alternatively, if you would like to see the full range of her work - including paintings - then please arrange an appointment at our Studio. The Studio is open by appointment Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm and every weekend (with no appointment needed).

You can pay using your PayPal account, or by credit or debit card. All payments are processed by PayPal and Eames Fine Art do not view or store your bank details.

Once your order has been processed we will send you a full receipt by email.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Once an edition is almost sold out, or we are down to just Artist's Proofs (APs), the price may rise. This is traditional practice within the art industry.

Delivery

For UK orders, please allow 2-5 working days for us to process and send your order. If for any reason we are not able to deliver your artwork in this time we will contact you. We send all unframed artworks by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which allows online order tracking. If you would like to specify a day for delivery - when you will be available to receive the work - please call or email us to discuss. Books and stationary are sent first class by Royal Mail.

You can of course collect your purchases from our central London Studio or galleries for free, just contact us to arrange a time.

Rest of world print orders: £80

Delivery of framed works and portfolios will incur additional costs worked out on an individual basis. You can ship to a different address to your billing address, this option will be presented during the checkout process. If you have any questions about delivery or collection please get in touch.

Framing

All prices quoted on the site are for unframed work, unless otherwise stated.

If you would like us to frame a work for you then please contact us directly, either using the Contact option above, or by phone on 020 7407 6561. The cost of framing varies and depends on the size of the print, the type of glass and frame used. We are more than happy to discuss the different options with you.

As a rough guide, framing costs between £55 and £270 depending on the size of the work. Our standard frames are black wood, with the print itself in a window mount, usually in cream or white. Of course, you don't need to have this type of frame and there are many other possibilities that we can discuss with you. All of our frames and mounts use conservation materials and are professionally made to the exact specifications of the artwork, all of which will preserve the quality of the print.

We have a large stock of Anita's work already framed and stored at our Studio, which means we are able to deliver it to you straight away. However, if we don't yet have the framed work available it will take between three and four weeks to get it framed and delivered. If you need the work more urgently then please let us know when you make the order so we can try and arrange for a faster turnaround.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the damage. We will send a replacement if we are able to, or refund you. Please do not return the damaged artwork without notifying us first. If we receive a returned work that is damaged, we cannot guarantee a refund until the damage is investigated.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied you can return your items within 28 days of receipt of delivery in exchange for a credit note or refund. All items must be returned in suitable, protective packaging and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the work - with the exception of cases where the artwork has arrived with the customer in a damaged condition. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned products during transit, and so we strongly recommend that items are returned using a recorded delivery service.

Privacy

Eames Fine Art will not pass your personal details on to any third parties. If you choose to sign up to our mailing list you are free to unsubscribe at any time, just email us with the subject line 'Unsubscribe', and include your full name and email address. Alternatively, the option to 'unsubscribe' is given in every email we send.
